“If you’re lucky, a dog will come into your life, steal your heart and change everything.”
That is exactly what happened to us! This past year, we rescued two dachshund mixes from the Doggone Happy Animal Rescue.
Having Taffy and Belle to love and spoil has been a fun, wonderful experience. And through the process, we have learned the importance of animal rescue and wanted to use the Dog Days of Summer Festival as a forum to raise awareness and celebrate our lovable dogs through food and music.
