REGISTRATION FEE

We are asking our vendors to make a donation – The Services Vendor Registration Fee and Artisan 10% donation goes towards our 3 causes, thank you!

10′ X 10′ area for Services: $100.00
10′ X 10′ area for Artisan Vendors: 10% of earnings
Food space: $100.00

Space is limited!

A 10 x 10 space should include all wires, stakes, poles, etc., to stay within the agreed space. If additional space is required please state this and the reasons why it’s needed on the form.

CANCELLATION

Vendors must give Dog Days of Summer Festival LLC no less than four weeks notice prior to festival date, of intent to cancel their participation or booth fee will be forfeited.

LOAD IN

Vendors must arrive on Saturday from 8:00AM and be set-up by 12:00PM.

Set-up is outdoors on grass/sand, located at 107 Sand Street.

The festival is rain or shine.

This is an outdoor event; be prepared for any type of weather. Tents, canopies and pop-ups must be secured to withstand strong winds.

You will be allowed to drive your vehicle in the vicinity of the booth area. If you do not set up in the allotted set up times stated above, you may have to walk your tent/merch to your plot as Sand St will be cleared and blocked off. Vehicles must be moved to the required parking area immediately following load in.

No electricity is included in the vendor fee.

Please bring your own ice if needed.

FESTIVAL HOURS OF OPERATION

2 PM to 7PM

PASSES

All vendors will receive two wristbands for staff. Additional Staff wristbands can be purchased for $20 at check-in. Cash only.

SECURITY

Trucks, booths and merchandise are the sole responsibility of the vendor owner. Dog Days Of Summer Festival LLC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

OTHER

Bring all of your own display materials: 10×10 tent, chairs, tables, refuse cans etc. Vendors are responsible for constructing, furnishing, maintaining, and removing your own tented booth and materials, and especially trash.

Booth acceptance is based on the understanding that you will only sell the merchandise that you have listed on your application. Under no circumstances will any vendor be allowed to sell merchandise that refers to, or imprints “Dog Days of Summer Festival”.

Unfortunately, no pets will be allowed on the festival site except those participating in the show. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Until further notice from Delaware State, all vendors will be required to wear a mask while attending their booth and to supply their customers with complimentary hand sanitizer.
